Bizhub Hosting Services: If the client opts for hosting services provided by Bizhub, this will be considered an additional service and will incur extra costs. The terms and conditions for Bizhub's hosting services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Liability: Any issues related to hosting services, including downtime, performance issues, or security breaches, are the sole responsibility of the client and their chosen hosting provider. Bizhub shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from hosting issues.
Ownership: Bizhub retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the website design and development materials.
License: Upon full payment, Bizhub grants the client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the website design and development materials for the purposes outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
Termination: Bizhub reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Liability: In the event of termination by Bizhub, Bizhub shall not be liable to the client for any claim for loss of earnings or any other damages.
Non-disclosure: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the project.
Promotional Use: Bizhub may use the client's name and project details for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.
Exclusion: Bizhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the website development services.
